PRIVATE LESSONS

Our instructors bring an expert approach to training musicians of all ages and abilities in classical and popular music styles. Lessons will include regular focus on the technical aspects, while respecting the individual needs of each musician. Instruction includes performance opportunities throughout the year in recitals and online events.

A private lesson may include some or all of the following:

  • repertoire

  • technical exercises

  • sight & ear training

  • music theory

  • improving motor skills

Our instructors have extensive experience in Royal Conservatory of Music and Conservatory Canada curriculum. If desired, students can receive expert exam preparation. NAA students have regularly pursued  professional careers in performance and received acceptance into prestigious University Music Programs at the Graduate and Undergraduate levels across Canada and the U.S. Others have developed a lifetime love of performing that make them core participants in many community musical groups.

Musicians may choose to study classical, musical theatre, jazz, and/or popular repertoire.

Lessons are available in 30, 45 or 60 minute slots. Instructors can advise which time slots will best meet your needs.
